Here are the documents you will need to download and complete in order to qualify for your Bronze Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. All forms are to be submitted by 31 May 2016 if you have completed all aspects of the award and wish to participate in an upcoming award ceremony.
1. Practice Journey Report – To be completed about your day long practice hike which took place on Friday, November 27, 2015.
2. Bronze Qualifying Report – To be completed about your overnight journey which took place on 14-15 May 2016 or 28-29 May 2016.
3. Bronze Award Checklist – is a short checklist/guide for you to review. It outlines all the requirements for the Bronze award.
4. Bronze Application – This can be opened and filled in and printed. It’s required to be submitted with your record book.
