Tuesday, September 6th is the first day of school for students in grades 1-12 and is Day 7 on the schedule. Our start time for Tuesday is 9:00 am (please note that regular supervision will not begin until Wednesday morning). All students must be in full uniform.
Students in Grades 1-6 will go to Holland Hall where class lists will be posted in the cafeteria.
Students in Grades 7-12 will go to Homerooms. Class lists will be posted in the main lobby of Mullock Hall.
Kindergarten students will begin on Wednesday, September 7th. Students and parents are to assemble in the Aula Maxima (in Mullock Hall) at 9:00 am. This will be a morning only session and parents are asked to pick up students at 12 Noon in Holland Hall.
Schedule for First Day of Classes:
9:00 am Homeroom for Grades 1-12
9:45 – 10:00 Recess
10:10 Opening Assembly
10:40 Moving to Mass
11:00 Mass at the Basilica – all are welcome. A reception will follow Mass in the Aula for all parents and guests, sponsored by the Parent Auxiliary.
12 – 1:00 Lunch
MULLOCK HALL ONLY (for Tuesday afternoon)
1:00-2:00 Mullock Hall Homeroom
2:00-3:00 two 30 minute periods for periods 4 & 5 of Day 7 for Mullock Hall
HOLLAND HALL will have afternoon homeroom/classroom time from 1-3.
There will be no cafeteria service until Thursday, September 8th. Students are asked to bring lunch and recess.
Please note that we have students with severe allegories. Attached is an Allergy Policy for guidance when packing lunches.
Any parents wishing to volunteer in Holland Hall as lunchtime volunteers are asked to email Mrs. Mallay at amallay@stbons.ca and/or Ms. Rowsell at jkrowsell@stbons.ca.
There will be a new Parent Orientation meeting on Wednesday, September 7th at 7:00 pm.
Textbooks: Any students in Grades 9-12 wishing to donate textbooks may bring them to Ms. Noseworthy in the Main Office.
