Due to a quorum not being met at the originally scheduled Annual General Meeting, the Board of Governors have had to reschedule the meeting.

The School’s By Laws specify that a quorum shall be forty (40) Voting Members present in person so please make every effort to attend the AGM.

PROPOSED BY LAW CHANGES
The proposed by-law amendment is as follows:
SECTION 4.3
CURRENT
A quorum at any General Meeting shall be forty (40) Voting Members present in person.
AMENDMENT
A quorum at any General Meeting shall be twenty (20) Voting Members present in person.
SECTION 5.3
CURRENT
The two (2) appointed voting Governors shall consist of two (2) Jesuit Fathers appointed from time to time by the Society of Jesus, provided such individuals are not employees of the School
AMENDMENT
The appointed voting Governors shall consist of up to two (2) Jesuit Fathers appointed from time to time by the Provincial of the English Province of the Society of Jesus (or its successor), provided such individuals are not employees of the School
