Military Tribute Dinner

Since 2014, St. Bonaventure’s College has held an annual dinner to honour our Alumni who have served in the military. The dinner began as a tribute to the 52 Alumni who made the supreme sacrifice during World War I. At the conclusion of the 100th Anniversary of World War I, it became a dinner to honour all of our Alumni Military Men and Women.

The dinner is a fundraiser for our Bursary Program. To ensure that no child is unable to attend St. Bonaventure’s College because of inability to pay, the Bursary Program provides financial assistance towards tuition. The school receives no government funding; as a result this program must rely solely upon the generosity of others . Each year substantial awards allow many families, who would not otherwise be able, to send their children to St. Bonaventure’s College. Approximately 1 in 10 students receive benefits from this program. To date, the Military Tribute Dinner has raised nearly $30,000 for the Bursary Program. We are happy to announce that tickets are now on sale for our Military Tribute Dinner.
