Get involved with St. Bon’s.  There are a number of ways to give back to the school as an Alumni Volunteer as you’ll see listed below.

From attending an alumni event or reunion, volunteering as a Class Lead or Reunion Class Lead, or just returning to campus for Mass or an event, you will be connected and active in the life of the St. Bon’s alumni network.

Class Leads

Every class needs a few grads to take the lead on getting classmates together on an annual basis. It may be a simple after-work social in St.John’s, or as involved as a class golf outing. Each class is organized differently, but St. Bon’s needs Alumni to assist as Class Leads to keep track of missing classmates, and to update the class email lists.

Class Leads play a vital role in maintaining ongoing communication with the school, and many grads from each class can help out. You don’t need to commit to spending a lot of time to make an immediate impact.

Host a Reunion or Event

Help contact your classmates for special reunion gatherings every five years or sometimes more often than that – it is up to you and your class. Help track down missing classmates and update your class email directory.

Annual reunions are held in May for all Alumni with special focus on the 5th year classes and then every five years following.

You can also host a reception for alumni in your area. This could be a simple breakfast meeting at your office, dinner for a small group at your home, cocktails at an exclusive club or any type of event that helps to gather ten or more alumni, parents & friends.

Alumni Committee

St. Bonaventure’s College Alumni Committee is a group of volunteer alumni that meet monthly. They help organize special events such as the annual Alumni Dinner and the Military dinner.

The committee is open to all alumni of St. Bon’s.

Donate to St. Bon’s

Many alumni consider a gift to St. Bon’s each year. Each one of them is well known to one or more of you. Tuition revenue has never supported the full cost of education at St. Bon’s and generous alumni philanthropy – past and present – has always help provide the difference. Without the ongoing support of the alumni many projects, operational expenses and repairs to our historic school would not be possible.

You, as graduates, know St. Bonaventure’s College best and can help care for its future. You can assist by supporting St. Bon’s and by personally contacting five to ten classmates each year to encourage their participation supporting St. Bon’s.
