We are excited to announce we had a record-breaking Walkathon this year. We challenged our students this year to raise $30,000; they took this challenge and ran with it. As of today, the Walkathon has raised $31,243.05! This is the highest amount the Walkathon has raised in the last 21 years!

This money will allow us to purchase the following for our students:

  • 30 sets of Snowshoes
  • 4 Table Tennis sets
  • 10 Spike Ball Kits
  • 20 new iPads for our K-3 curriculum
  • Supplies to Upgrade our Student Internet
  • 6 Streaming Devices
  • 20 Chromebooks
  • 5 sets of Projectors and Whiteboards
  • Supplies for the Outdoor Classroom

Yesterday we also held our Chromebook draws and announced the winners of the various prizes.

The student with the most money raised, who will receive a gift card of their choice and a relaxed dress day, was:

The extra 30 minutes of lunch and relaxed dress day will be coordinated with the homeroom teachers.

Finally, because we reached our goal of $30,000 the whole school will have an afternoon movie with snacks. We will announce the day in the coming weeks.
