The Physical Education program at St. Bonaventure's College is diverse and growing each year. It starts with teaching children self awareness and responsibility through movement.

From Kindergarten until Grade Six children participate in a varity of activities working individually as well as in groups with an emphasis on safety and caring for self and others. The activities range from Follow-The-Leader, Tag Games, Rhythmic activities, Dance to Soccer, Volleyball, Track and Field and a newly added Tennis program. In the winter months some Physical Education classes are held in the on-campus rink.

The Junior/ Senior High programs include a winde range of sports including Soccer, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Skating, Broomball, Orienteering, and Co-operative Games. Outings are planned with the senior students as well such as rock climbing, swimming or a ski trip. Throughout the year we will invite special guests to do specialized classes/ workshops such as Tennis, Rugby, Yoga and Wonderbolt Circus. Some senior students also assist with younger classes in co-op and volunteer programs, as well as helping to coach in after school venues.

The Extra-Curricular programs at St. Bonaventure's College are also an expanding area and now include Cross Country Running, a Walking/ Jogging group, Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Girls Hockey, Cheerleading as well as Yoga for all grades.
